Dayna D. DeVine is a dynamic spiritual thought leader, mentor, and philanthropist, committed to empowering individuals to live freely in their divine purpose. As Pastor of Speak Life International Ministries (SLIM) in Philadelphia, PA, she has dedicated her life to guiding and inspiring communities through faith, leadership, and service.

Ordained in 2002 under Apostle T.W. Weeks Sr. and installed as co-pastor in 2003, Pastor Dayna embraced her calling to uplift and transform lives through spiritual and personal development.

A Legacy of Ministry and Leadership

Pastor Dayna’s ministry journey began at Beulah Baptist Church, where she served as lead vocalist, choir director, workshop coordinator, administrator, and worship leader. She later expanded her ministry at Bethel Holy Temple under Bishop Thomas Martin. In 1993, she founded Youth on the Move for Christ, a transformative outreach and mentoring ministry for teens and young adults, and later launched Encouraging Christian Women, a platform dedicated to uplifting women in their faith and purpose. As an accomplished worship leader and soloist, Pastor Dayna and her worship team, Atmosphere, have shared the stage with gospel greats including Pastor Donnie McClurkin, Ty Tribbett, Bishop John Francis, and Trinity 5:7.

Entrepreneurial & Community Impact

Beyond the pulpit, Pastor Dayna is a visionary entrepreneur leading multiple ventures:

• Founder of Dayna DeVine Enterprises – A faith-driven brand uniting leadership, mentorship, and empowerment initiatives.

• Mentor & Program Leader of the Underdogs Mentorship Program – Providing structured guidance to help individuals overcome challenges and grow personally and professionally.

• CFO/Partner at Quick Abstract LLC – Offering trusted expertise in real estate consulting.

• Owner of Philly Thunder (ABA Team) – Using sports as a platform for community engagement and youth development.

Her philanthropic reach includes partnerships with Maplewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center and other community organizations. Recognized by the Red Cross, The Simon Group, UCEF, and NBC News, she has contributed to major disaster relief efforts, including support for Tsunami and Hurricane Katrina survivors.

Her ministry impact extends beyond the U.S., with mission work in Jamaica, Mexico, and Switzerland. A devoted prayer warrior, she has also been active in the City-Wide Prayer for Peace initiative in Philadelphia.
